Guidelines and Application Forms for Master’s Program, October 2016 Admission

The Graduate School of Advanced Integration Science is now distributing admission information book (guidelines, boshu-yoko) for the master’s programs of October 2016 admission. Before starting the application process, you need to first contact the prospective supervising professor of your research field in order to receive his/her approval of your intention to apply.

Those who would apply for the master's program to every department at the graduate school of Advanced Integration Science, need to submit one of the following scores together with other required application documents at the time of application. The official score certificates are valid as long as the test is taken in and after June 2014. Be sure to read the (Admission Information Book) in detail.

Official Score Certificate of TOEIC SP (Secure Program) test

Examinee Score Report of TOEFL-iBT (Internet-based test)

Examinee Score Report of TOEFL-PBT (Paper-based test)

Please note that we do not accept TOIEC-IP and TOEFL-ITP test scores.

< Application Forms >

Applicants are required to submit Application Forms of B1/B2 enclosed in admission information book (Boshu-yoko) in print (paper medium), with all other required documents. Please note that the downloaded forms of B1/B2 cannot be accepted. Online application is not available.

For your convenience, the Forms C and D are downloadable to be printed.
