Guidelines and Application Forms for Doctoral Program, October 2016 Admission

The Graduate School of Advanced Integration Science is now distributing the admission information book (guidelines) for the doctoral program of October 2016 admission. Before starting the application process, you need to first contact the prospective supervising professor of your field of study in order to receive his/her approval of your intention to apply.

Applicants need to submit Application Forms of B1/B2 enclosed in the admission information book in print (paper medium), and also all of the required documents. Please note that the downloaded forms of B1/B2 cannot be accepted. A paper application only should be acceptable.
