Affix a 240-yen postage stamp to a self-addressed envelope (A4 size, Kakugata-nigou), write the name and address to which the envelope is to be sent, and then send the envelope to us.

We take care of both Graduate School of Engineering, and Graduate School of Advanced Integration Science. Be sure to write the detailed information in red on the envelope as below.

If they want us to enclose a copy set of problems of previous admissions for (Kako-mon) in the return envelope, affix a 390-yen postage stamp to it.
